This Confidentiality Policy does not regulate and the Administration of the Website does not bear responsibility for reception, retention, processing, use and disclosure of the users’ personal data to the third parties that are not owned or managed by SYTECS-PRO LLC and individual persons who are not the employees, even if a User has received the access to websites, goods or services of these persons with the help of the Website or the mailout.
You admit that in case of negligent attitude to the safety and protection of your personal data and authorization data the third parties may receive the unauthorized access to the user account and personal and other data. - to delete the data that are not necessary any more under the condition that they are not subject to the compulsory retention;

SYTECS-PRO LLC does not bear responsibility for the damage or losses incurred by a User or third parties as a result of misunderstanding or non-understanding of the terms and conditions of this Confidentiality Policy, instructions or directions on the procedure of use of the Website, regarding the procedure of data placement and other technical issues.
In case any provision of the Confidentiality Policy, including any offer, clause or part of thereof, is found to be contrary to the law or invalid, this shall not affect other provisions that are not contrary to the law, they shall remain in full force and be valid, and any invalid provision or the provision that cannot be fulfilled, without further actions of the Parties, shall be deemed to be amended, corrected to the extent in which it is necessary for provision its validity and possibility of execution.
Any amendments, which the Administration makes to the Confidentiality Policy in future, shall be published on this page and, if needed, may be sent to you via e-mail. Please, visit the Policy page more often so that you did not miss the updates or amendments in our Confidentiality Policy. The Administration shall reserve the right to make amendments to the Confidentiality Policy at any times and for any reason.
